Andean Heat Glazed Grilled Shrimp

Succulent grilled shrimp glazed with Andean Heat hot sauce, fresh lime, and a touch of honey.

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Andean Heat
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together Andean Heat, honey, lime juice, olive oil, and minced garlic to create a glaze.
- Toss shrimp with half of the glaze and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers if desired, or grill directly on an oiled grill grate.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through, brushing with remaining glaze while cooking.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
- Serve warm with any remaining glaze for dipping.
