Every product on Madeline’s is listed under the independent maker who makes it: creameries, salumists, coffee roasters, beekeepers, chocolate makers, tea blenders, growers and seed savers from around the US. What you will find. Artisan cheese and charcuterie, raw honey and bee pollen, small-batch hot sauce and chili crisp, bean-to-bar chocolate, specialty coffee and loose-leaf tea, jams and preserves, olive oil and vinegar, pasta, crackers and pantry staples, plus heirloom seeds, garden tools, beekeeping supplies and natural body care. You will also find grass-fed beef and bison, American Wagyu, freeze-dried tropical fruit, kombucha and other craft beverages, and fruiting plants and trees for home gardens, each listed under the maker or grower who produces it.

How ordering works. Guest checkout is available, so you do not need an account. Standard shipping within the US generally takes 3 to 7 business days, and every shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Perishable items may ship with ice packs or insulated packaging, and an order from several makers may arrive in more than one package. Gifts and business orders. Ready-to-give gift boxes are filled with food from independent makers, and you can shop gifts by budget or by occasion. Shipping from many makers. Because every maker ships its own products, an order that combines several makers arrives in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Most orders ship within the United States in 3 to 7 business days; expedited and overnight options are available on some items, and a few makers offer international shipping to select countries. Perishable items may only ship on certain days of the week to avoid weekend transit delays.

Questions before you order? Our FAQ answers common questions about accounts, multi-maker orders, delivery times, perishable shipping, returns and refunds. Non-food items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
