Honey Sriracha Gouda, called Bantam, is a 6 oz gouda blending honey and Sriracha, made by Cheese Brothers in Stanley, Wisconsin. Named for the spitfire bantam rooster that can be sweet as honey, it balances Sriracha heat with a tinge of sweetness. It is aged two to twelve months at a mild spice level.
