BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Tender, spicy pulled pork sliders glazed with JR's Hot Bar-B-Q Sauce. Perfect for casual entertaining, game day, or a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- Pork shoulder (2 lbs, cooked and shredded)
- JR's Hot Bar-B-Q Sauce (1 cup)
- Slider buns (8)
- Coleslaw (1 cup)
- Dill pickle slices
- Red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Shred your cooked pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine shredded pork with 3/4 cup of JR's Hot Bar-B-Q Sauce over medium heat.
- Stir to coat evenly. Cook 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
- Adjust sauce level to preference.
- Toast slider buns in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble: pulled pork on bottom bun, top with coleslaw, pickles, red onion.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
