Brown Butter Sage Cheese Ravioli

Pillowy cheese ravioli elevated with a simple but silky brown butter and sage sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 package Cheese Ravioli
- 5 tbsp butter
- 12-15 fresh sage leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Melt butter over medium-low heat, swirling occasionally.
- Once butter turns golden brown, add garlic and sage leaves.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Cook cheese ravioli per package directions until they float.
- Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain ravioli.
- Toss ravioli gently in brown butter sauce with some pasta water.
- Top with Parmesan, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
