Cardamom Maple Glazed French Toast

Aromatic cardamom and pure maple syrup elevate classic French toast.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup Cardamom Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 8 thick slices brioche bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cardamom.
- Heat buttered nonstick skillet over medium.
- Dip each bread slice, coating both sides.
- Cook 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to serving plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with cardamom maple syrup.
