Spicy Chili Oil Noodles with Crispy Garlic

Silky noodles tossed with bold Hot Girl Chili Oil, topped with crispy garlic, scallions, and sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh or dried noodles
- 3 tablespoons OG Hot Girl Chili Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Cucumber slices and cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- In a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of the OG Hot Girl Chili Oil over medium-low heat and add thinly sliced garlic.
- Cook gently for 2-3 minutes until garlic is golden and crispy, then set aside on a paper towel.
- Toss cooked noodles with remaining 2 tablespoons of chili oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Divide noodles between two bowls and top with crispy garlic, sliced scallions, sesame seeds.
- Serve hot or at room temperature with extra chili oil on the side.
