Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or naan, toasted lightly
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 oz Cured Sliced Beef
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Lightly toast the flatbread for 2-3 minutes until it has a subtle crispness.
- Spread a thin, even layer of ricotta across the entire surface of the flatbread.
- Arrange the Cured Sliced Beef in overlapping layers across the ricotta.
- In a small bowl, toss arugula with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pile the dressed arugula on top of the beef.
