Cured Beef & Arugula Flatbread

A sophisticated no-bake flatbread topped with layers of cured beef, peppery arugula, creamy ricotta, and a balsamic glaze that's perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan, toasted lightly
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 oz Cured Sliced Beef
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the flatbread for 2-3 minutes until it has a subtle crispness.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of ricotta across the entire surface of the flatbread.
  3. Arrange the Cured Sliced Beef in overlapping layers across the ricotta.
  4. In a small bowl, toss arugula with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pile the dressed arugula on top of the beef.
  6. Scatter shaved Parmesan cheese over the arugula.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and finish with a pinch of red pepper flakes before serving.
