Ingredients
- 4 Beach House English Breakfast Tea bags
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
- 6 bagels, halved and toasted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup capers
- 2 cups mixed greens
- Dill and lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Steep 4 tea bags in 2 cups boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Combine brewed tea, brown sugar, and sea salt.
- Add salmon to brine; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove salmon and bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow salmon to cool and break into flakes.
- Toast bagel halves and spread with cream cheese.
- Layer with salmon, red onion, capers, and greens.
- Garnish with fresh dill and lemon.
- Serve with hot English Breakfast Tea.
