Floral Cocktail Cube Sparkling Drinks

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes The Cocktail Cubes Set
  • 1 bottle prosecco, chilled
  • 8 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 8 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wheels

Instructions

  1. Chill four champagne flutes 5 minutes.
  2. Place one Cocktail Cube into each glass.
  3. Pour 1 oz elderflower liqueur over the cube.
  4. Add 1 oz lemon juice.
  5. Top with 3-4 oz prosecco.
  6. Stir gently, let cube infuse 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with mint and lemon wheel.
