Ghee-Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Thick-cut cauliflower steaks roasted with rich, nutty Domestic Grassfed Ghee.

Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 5 tablespoons Domestic Grassfed Ghee
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Sea salt and pepper
- Fresh lemon juice
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Slice cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Mix ghee with garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper.
- Brush both sides generously.
- Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast 22-25 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
