Ghee-Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Thick-cut cauliflower steaks roasted with rich, nutty Domestic Grassfed Ghee.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 5 tablespoons Domestic Grassfed Ghee
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Mix ghee with garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper.
  4. Brush both sides generously.
  5. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Roast 22-25 minutes, basting halfway through.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
