Ginger Honey Hot Toddy

A soothing, warming toddy that combines the Ginger Honey Tonic with bourbon and fresh lemon for the perfect cold-weather nightcap.

Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 4 oz hot water
- 2 tbsp Ginger Honey Tonic
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 whole cloves
- Lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Heat water in a small saucepan until steaming, about 160°F.
- Pour bourbon into two heat-safe mugs or glasses.
- Add 2 tbsp of Ginger Honey Tonic to each mug.
- Pour hot water over the mixture and stir well.
- Add fresh lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and cloves, then top with a lemon wheel.
- Let steep for 2 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
