Ginger Honey Hot Toddy

A soothing, warming toddy that combines the Ginger Honey Tonic with bourbon and fresh lemon for the perfect cold-weather nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 4 oz hot water
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Honey Tonic
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 whole cloves
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a small saucepan until steaming, about 160°F.
  2. Pour bourbon into two heat-safe mugs or glasses.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of Ginger Honey Tonic to each mug.
  4. Pour hot water over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Add fresh lemon juice and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and cloves, then top with a lemon wheel.
  7. Let steep for 2 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
