Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/3 cup Ginger Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon slices
- Fresh scallions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk ginger maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, garlic.
- Place salmon on parchment-lined sheet, brush with oil.
- Season, brush with glaze.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes.
