Ginger Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup Ginger Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh scallions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk ginger maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, garlic.
  3. Place salmon on parchment-lined sheet, brush with oil.
  4. Season, brush with glaze.
  5. Top with lemon slices.
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes.
  7. Garnish with scallions and remaining glaze.
