Herbaceous EVOO Crostini with Fresh Toppings

Crispy toasted bread topped with fresh tomatoes, herbs, and a generous drizzle of Bold Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced into 12 thin rounds
- 1/4 cup Bold Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fleur de sel (finishing salt)
- Fresh oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush baguette slices with 2 tablespoons of the Bold EVOO.
- Toast for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Rub each warm crostini with a cut garlic clove.
- Combine diced tomatoes, fresh basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top each warm crostini with the tomato mixture.
- Drizzle generously with remaining Bold Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Finish with fleur de sel and fresh oregano, then serve immediately.
