Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain or sourdough bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon Kale Sprinkles
- 1/2 lemon, for juicing

Instructions
- Toast bread slices to desired crispness.
- While bread toasts, cut avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a small bowl.
