Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 1 package Orange Pistachio Salami
- 1 cup fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil, bake 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Spread ricotta on each crostini.
- Top with folded Orange Pistachio Salami.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle with orange zest and chopped pistachios.
