Orange Pistachio Salami Crostini

Elegant crostini topped with ricotta, Orange Pistachio Salami, and citrus zest.

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1 package Orange Pistachio Salami
  • 1 cup fresh ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil, bake 6-8 minutes until golden.
  3. Spread ricotta on each crostini.
  4. Top with folded Orange Pistachio Salami.
  5. Drizzle with honey.
  6. Sprinkle with orange zest and chopped pistachios.
  7. Garnish with thyme and pepper.
