Raspberry Rose Kombucha Spritz

Ingredients

  • Raspberry Rose Kombucha (1 bottle, 16 oz)
  • Sparkling water (4 oz)
  • Fresh raspberries (1/4 cup)
  • Fresh mint leaves (6-8)
  • Fresh lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Honey or agave (1 teaspoon, optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Edible rose petals (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill two tall glasses with ice.
  2. Muddle raspberries and mint in a small bowl.
  3. Divide muddled mixture between glasses.
  4. Pour 8 oz Kombucha into each glass.
  5. Top with 2 oz sparkling water each.
  6. Add lemon juice and stir.
  7. Garnish with raspberries, mint, and rose petals.
