Rosemary Flacker Smoked Salmon Bites

Elegant little bites featuring crispy Rosemary Flackers topped with creamy crème fraîche, silky smoked salmon, and fresh dill. Perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • Rosemary Flackers (1 package)
  • Smoked salmon (4 oz, thinly sliced)
  • Crème fraîche (1/3 cup)
  • Fresh dill (2 tablespoons, finely chopped)
  • Lemon zest (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Capers (2 tablespoons)
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out Rosemary Flackers on a serving board or large platter.
  2. In a small bowl, combine crème fraîche with fresh dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Spread a small spoonful (about 1 teaspoon) of the herbed crème fraîche onto each flacker.
  4. Fold or drape a small piece of smoked salmon on top of the crème fraîche on each flacker.
  5. Top each bite with 2-3 capers and a tiny pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper.
  6. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately, or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
