Elegant little bites featuring crispy Rosemary Flackers topped with creamy crème fraîche, silky smoked salmon, and fresh dill. Perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients
- Rosemary Flackers (1 package)
- Smoked salmon (4 oz, thinly sliced)
- Crème fraîche (1/3 cup)
- Fresh dill (2 tablespoons, finely chopped)
- Lemon zest (1/2 teaspoon)
- Capers (2 tablespoons)
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out Rosemary Flackers on a serving board or large platter.
- In a small bowl, combine crème fraîche with fresh dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Spread a small spoonful (about 1 teaspoon) of the herbed crème fraîche onto each flacker.
- Fold or drape a small piece of smoked salmon on top of the crème fraîche on each flacker.
- Top each bite with 2-3 capers and a tiny pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately, or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
