Rosemary & Sage Ghee Roasted Potatoes

Crispy roasted potatoes infused with the warm, herbaceous flavors of Rosemary & Sage Ghee.

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes or larger potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons Rosemary & Sage Ghee
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs (optional)
- Garlic cloves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss cubed potatoes with Rosemary & Sage Ghee, coarse sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Potatoes are done when golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
- Remove from oven and taste for seasoning, adding more salt and pepper as desired.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme if desired.
- Serve warm as a side dish to complement any main course.
