Spicy Ketchup Glazed Meatloaf

Tender meatloaf finished with a tangy-spicy glaze made from California Hot Sauce Solutions' Spicy Ketchup.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Spicy Ketchup, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil or lightly oil a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, diced onion, and 1/4 cup of Spicy Ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
- Shape mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet (or press into loaf pan).
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining 1/4 cup Spicy Ketchup and brown sugar.
- Brush glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a meat thermometer reads 160°F, brushing with extra glaze halfway through cooking.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
