Truffle-Aioli Wagyu Burgers

Premium Wagyu beef burgers from the Five Oaks Griller's Box topped with truffle aioli, crispy bacon, and aged cheddar.

Ingredients
- 4 patties from FOF The Five Oaks Griller's Box
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon truffle oil
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 4 slices aged cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns, lightly toasted
- Fresh lettuce, tomato, and red onion for serving
Instructions
- Prepare a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and truffle oil to create truffle aioli.
- Remove Wagyu patties from packaging 5 minutes before grilling. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In the final minute, top each patty with a slice of aged cheddar and 2 slices of bacon.
- Toast burger buns lightly on the grill.
- Spread truffle aioli on both sides of toasted buns, add Wagyu patties with bacon and cheese, then layer with fresh lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
