Tuscan White Bean Bruschetta with EVOO Drizzle

Rustic bruschetta topped with creamy white beans, fresh herbs, and ripe tomatoes, finished with Les Cousines EVOO.

Ingredients
- 1 Italian baguette, sliced
- 1 can white beans
- 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Les Cousines EVOO
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brush baguette slices with EVOO, toast 6-8 minutes.
- Rub lightly with fresh garlic if desired.
- Combine white beans, tomatoes, garlic, EVOO, basil, parsley, balsamic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon generously onto each crostini.
- Drizzle with additional EVOO and serve.
