Whipped Honey Ricotta Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices artisanal multigrain or sourdough bread
  • 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3-4 tbsp Creamed Honey (Whipped)
  • Fresh figs or berries
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds or pistachios
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Toast bread until golden and crispy.
  2. Whisk ricotta and heavy cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in 2 tbsp Creamed Honey gently.
  4. Spread whipped ricotta onto each toast.
  5. Top with fresh figs or berries.
  6. Drizzle additional Creamed Honey over the top.
  7. Scatter with nuts, sea salt, and lemon zest.
