Do you cater on-site or provide staff?
Madeline's sources artisan food, ingredients, boards, and gift boxes for events, and we can connect you with catering partners who serve and run events. We do not provide in-house catering or serving staff ourselves; the catering connection is a referral.

Can you ship to our venue?
Yes. We ship to venues and offices anywhere in the United States, with temperature-controlled packaging for perishable items.
Can you do attendee gift boxes at volume?
Yes. We curate gift boxes for attendees, speakers, and VIPs, and can ship to the venue or to individual addresses. Send a recipient list as a CSV and we ship to each person, with no cap on the number of addresses.
What is the minimum order?
Bulk and corporate orders start around $2,500. The minimum keeps each order curated and handled by a real person.
What is the lead time, and how do we pay?
We reply within one business day and confirm a firm lead time when we send your quote. Billing options, including invoicing, are available and discussed during your inquiry.
