Founded by Sherif Badawy, a pediatrician and marathon runner from Egypt now based in the US. After finding most US baklava overly sweet, he reinvented it with premium nuts, minimal sugar, and a crisp, never-soggy texture. Baked with real ingredients and flown fresh to Chicago.
