A nutrient-dense power bowl featuring grass-fed Beef Biltong over fresh greens with creamy avocado.

Ingredients
- 6 oz Original Grass Fed Beef Biltong
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Divide mixed greens between two bowls.
- Arrange avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Top with pumpkin seeds.
- Place sliced Biltong on top.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over bowls.
- Toss gently or serve dressing on side.
