Original Grass Fed & Finished Beef Biltong

An award-winning South African-style air-dried beef snack from Figure Ate Foods, made from 100% grass-fed and finished beef. Unlike jerky, biltong is never smoked or cooked; it is marinated in the maker's signature persimmon vinegar, tumbled in organic coriander and black pepper, then air-dried for 14 days. The result is tender, flavorful, and high in protein.
