Charred romaine meets rich olive oil caesar dressing in this warm salad.

Ingredients
- 2 heads romaine, halved
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
- 1 cup croutons
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high.
- Brush romaine with olive oil, season.
- Grill cut-side down 3-4 minutes.
- Flip, grill 1-2 more minutes.
- Cut into pieces.
- Toss with caesar dressing while warm.
- Top with parmesan, croutons, and lemon wedges.
