Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad

Charred romaine meets rich olive oil caesar dressing in this warm salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads romaine, halved
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high.
  2. Brush romaine with olive oil, season.
  3. Grill cut-side down 3-4 minutes.
  4. Flip, grill 1-2 more minutes.
  5. Cut into pieces.
  6. Toss with caesar dressing while warm.
  7. Top with parmesan, croutons, and lemon wedges.
