Kimchi Sauce Glazed Korean Tacos

Chi-Chee kimchi sauce brings heat to tender grilled Korean beef tacos.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds beef ribeye
  • 1/2 cup Chi-Chee Kimchi Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 scallions, sliced
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup gochujang mayo
  • Pickled daikon radish

Instructions

  1. Combine kimchi sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Slice beef thin, marinate 10 minutes.
  3. Cook on high heat 3-4 minutes until charred.
  4. Warm tortillas over flame or in skillet.
  5. Spread gochujang mayo, top with beef.
  6. Garnish with scallions and pickled daikon.
  7. Serve with extra kimchi sauce on side.
