Kimchi Sauce Glazed Korean Tacos

Chi-Chee kimchi sauce brings heat to tender grilled Korean beef tacos.

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds beef ribeye
- 1/2 cup Chi-Chee Kimchi Sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup gochujang mayo
- Pickled daikon radish
Instructions
- Combine kimchi sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Slice beef thin, marinate 10 minutes.
- Cook on high heat 3-4 minutes until charred.
- Warm tortillas over flame or in skillet.
- Spread gochujang mayo, top with beef.
- Garnish with scallions and pickled daikon.
- Serve with extra kimchi sauce on side.
