Sauerkraut Reuben Sandwich

A classic Reuben sandwich featuring tangy Garden Goddess Sauerkraut.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 4 oz corned beef
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Garden Goddess Sauerkraut
  • 4 tablespoons Russian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pickle spears

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high.
  3. Spread Russian dressing on unbuttered sides.
  4. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
  5. Top with remaining bread, buttered side out.
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and melty.
  7. Slice diagonally and serve with pickle.
