Sauerkraut Reuben Sandwich

A classic Reuben sandwich featuring tangy Garden Goddess Sauerkraut.

Ingredients
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 oz corned beef
- 4 oz Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Garden Goddess Sauerkraut
- 4 tablespoons Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pickle spears
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Heat skillet over medium-high.
- Spread Russian dressing on unbuttered sides.
- Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
- Top with remaining bread, buttered side out.
- Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and melty.
- Slice diagonally and serve with pickle.
