Sesame Ginger Stir-Fry

A vibrant stir-fry of tender vegetables and your protein of choice, brought to life with the nutty aroma and depth of roasted sesame oil.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast or tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  2. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir-fry protein until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining 2 tbsp sesame oil, then stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return protein to the pan and add soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  6. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
