Sesame Ginger Stir-Fry

A vibrant stir-fry of tender vegetables and your protein of choice, brought to life with the nutty aroma and depth of roasted sesame oil.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
- 1 lb chicken breast or tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir-fry protein until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining 2 tbsp sesame oil, then stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return protein to the pan and add soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
