100% Pure Beeswax

This is 100% pure beeswax, made entirely by honeybees inside the hive and sold in 1-ounce cubes, 16-ounce bricks, and 20-pound blocks for bulk use. Much of the wax is collected during honey extraction, when cappings are removed from the comb, making it the freshest and cleanest wax the bees produce.

At a glance

• Product: 100% pure beeswax
• Sizes: 1-ounce cubes, 16-ounce bricks, and 20-pound bulk blocks
• Source: Collected from honeycomb cappings during extraction
• Processing: Melted and strained, not raw
• Color: Varies by batch due to natural nectar sources and cappings
• Same wax: Used in Foxhound's pure beeswax candles

Best for

• Making candles such as tapers, votives, and pillars
• Cosmetics, soaps, and salves
• Reconditioning cutting boards and leather
• Waterproofing boots and easing squeaky drawers
• Crafts like crayons, letter seals, and sewing thread wax

How to use

Melt the beeswax gently and pour into molds for candles, or blend it into cosmetic and wood-care recipes. Because it is already filtered, it is ready to remelt without further straining. For project ideas, the book Beeswax Alchemy covers beginner to advanced crafts.
