12 oz Plastic Classic Honey Jar

The 12 oz Plastic Classic Honey Jar is the 3/4-pound size, useful for gift sets, variety packs, and customers who go through honey regularly but are not ready for a full pound. It shares the classic honey jar silhouette in squeezable, BPA-free PET plastic that is shatter resistant.

At a glance

• Type: Classic squeeze honey jar
• Material: BPA-free, food-safe PET plastic, recyclable
• Capacity: About 12 oz (340 g) by weight, roughly 1 cup (8 fl oz liquid volume)
• Thread: 38-400 continuous thread (38mm)
• Lids: Fits 38mm flip-top and dripless inverted lids, sold separately, with pressure-sensitive safety seals
• Quantity: Single, box of 24, case of 420, or pallet of 5,040

Best for

• Gift sets and variety packs
• Market tables alongside the 16 oz size
• Beekeepers bottling smaller portions
• Retail and wholesale honey sales

How to use

Fill with honey and screw on a 38mm lid, sold separately; the pressure-sensitive seal presses onto the bottle automatically as the lid tightens. Because honey jars are sized by weight, the 12 oz label reflects honey capacity rather than the 8 fluid ounce volume. The free honey jar calculator can estimate how many jars a harvest needs.
