How to use

Stir agar powder into room-temperature liquid, then bring it to a rolling boil until fully dissolved. Pour into molds, set at room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours. Use about 1 teaspoon per cup for a hard set, half to three-quarters teaspoon for a soft set, a third to half teaspoon for jam-like, and a quarter teaspoon for a dressing-like consistency. Do not mix agar with warm or hot water, as it will clump.
