How to brew

For hot brew, place one bag in a mug, add 150ml hot water at 194 to 197 degrees F (90 to 92 degrees C), and steep 4 to 5 minutes. For cold brew, place one bag in a lidded mug, add 30 to 40ml hot water, top with cold water to 150ml, and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
