How to use
Pan-sear, grill, or roast each link until 160F internal. Use Maple and Brown Sugar with pancakes and eggs, Aged Cheddar on a bun, Hickory and Applewood with pasta or sauteed greens, Chicken and Bacon for a leaner skillet, and Spicy 3-Pepper to add heat to jambalaya, chili, or stir fry.
