How to use

For Seed Sprouted Tea: measure 1 ounce of seeds, then sprout by soaking for 8 hours and allowing tails to grow to the length of the seed over 24 to 36 hours. Blend the sprouted seeds with 2 cups of water until smooth, pour the mixture into a 5-gallon bucket of water, and apply immediately. Use the solution right away and do not store it for later use. As a cover crop, sow and later incorporate as green manure.
