Bolita Beans

Bolita Beans from Country Life Natural Foods are a creamy-tan heirloom bean, slightly smaller than the pinto, with a sweeter taste, creamier texture, and a reputation for being easy to digest. One of the original varieties the Spanish brought to New Mexico, ours come from a small family farm in southwestern Colorado.
