Milk chocolate bar made with single origin Boyaca cacao from Colombia, organic milk powder and whole Ketiara coffee beans from Sumatra. Coffee beans are ground fine alongside cacao in stone grinders during refining, producing an exceedingly smooth bar inspired by Latin American cafe con leche.

Goodnow Farms is a Sudbury, Massachusetts bean-to-bar maker that presses its own cocoa butter. They partner with Barrington Coffee Roasting Company in Massachusetts, who source the Ketiara beans from a woman-led cooperative that handles its own exporting and supports women and younger farmers in coffee.
