How to use

Use in place of standard chili seasoning in your favorite recipe. Brown ground beef or turkey, drain, then stir in Cin Chili mix with tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beans. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes for traditional chili, or longer for deeper flavor. The blend also works in chili mac, taco meat, sloppy joes and beef-stuffed peppers.

Flavor profile

Balanced and savory with warm chili notes, a quiet hint of cinnamon and a clean, slow-building heat. Not sharp or one-note. Tastes like the chili you remember from a Midwestern kitchen.
