How to grow

Direct sow 1/8" to 1/4" deep about 2 weeks before the last frost, in light, deeply tilled soil with added organic matter and a pH of 6.0 to 6.6. Mixing the fine seed with sand or dry coffee grounds improves distribution. Keep seeds moist during the 10-21 day germination, then thin to 3" apart. Mulch once established to keep roots cool.
