How to grow
Corn is a heavy feeder, so plant in loose, compost-rich soil. Sow seeds 1" deep about a week after the last frost, once soil is 70 to 85°F, planting in blocks rather than rows for good pollination. Germination takes 4-12 days. Thin to 8" apart. Separate different corn varieties to prevent cross-pollination.
Flavor profile
Sweet and tender with classic bicolor kernels. Sugar content is highest in the morning, so pick then for the sweetest fresh eating, grilling, or boiling.
