Recommended uses and pairings

Use Turi as a finishing oil for white meats, grilled white fish, and raw or cooked vegetables. Use Lina for braised or grilled red meats and grilled vegetables. Both are best uncooked or added at the end of cooking to preserve aroma and polyphenols.

Lina: Walnut husk and red apple on the nose, wild chicory in the mouth, with a peppery finish.
Turi: Oregano, cherry, and green banana on the nose, fresh lettuce in the mouth, with a radish finish.
