Frame Assembly Tool

The Frame Assembly Tool is a jig that holds 10 bee frames at a time so you can glue and nail them together quickly. It is a smaller version of the 50-frame jig Foxhound uses in-house, and it works with deep, medium, and shallow frames. The simple design has been used to assemble over 20,000 frames.

At a glance

• Type: Frame assembly jig
• Capacity: 10 frames at a time
• Fits: Deep, medium, and shallow frames
• Function: Holds sidebars upright while you glue and nail
• Ships: Fully assembled with glue and staples

Best for

• Beekeepers assembling more than 20 frames at a time
• Speeding up frame building in batches
• First-year and veteran beekeepers alike
• Anyone wanting straighter, more consistent frames

How to use

Stand the sidebars for 10 frames upright in the jig. Glue and nail the bottom bars into the sidebars, then flip the jig over and attach the top bars. Once nailed, the assembled frames slide right out, ready for foundation. The jig arrives fully assembled so you can start immediately.
