How to grow
Sow 1/2" deep in well-drained soil at 50-85 F, germinating in 5 to 10 days. Grow in partial sun and thin to 2" to 4" apart for well-formed roots. Roots mature in 55 to 60 days and hold their sweet flavor even at larger sizes. The tender greens can be sauteed or added to soups.
