How to grow
Start seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before frost or sow directly after the last frost once soil reaches at least 60 F, just 1/16" deep. Grow in full sun in light, well-drained, moderately fertile soil with a neutral pH, watering regularly but moderately. Pinch during early growth for a bushier habit. Harvest leaves as desired and dry away from sun to preserve color and flavor.
Flavor profile
Bold, peppery, and pungent, spicier than Italian oregano, with strong aroma that holds well when dried.
