How to grow
Plant in hills or mounds with plenty of organic matter, sowing 6 to 7 seeds per hill and thinning to the 3 best vines. In cool regions start indoors 10 to 14 days before the last frost, or direct-sow once soil reaches at least 70 F. Space 18" apart if trellised or 36" if left to sprawl. Harvest while small to medium, and keep picking, even misshapen fruit, to keep vines productive.
Flavor profile
Mild and refreshing with crisp, juicy flesh and thin skin, excellent for fresh eating.
