How to grow
Sow 1/4" deep in full sun in well-drained soil at 75-85 F, germinating in 6 to 15 days, and thin to 12" apart. The thin-walled pods dry easily for flakes or powder. Harvest fruit green or fully red; the smaller and thinner the pepper, the hotter it tends to be.
Flavor profile
Intensely hot with robust, sharp cayenne flavor, excellent fresh, dried, or ground.
