Inciardi is one of the rarest paste tomatoes available, an indeterminate Italian heirloom famed for its size, flavor, and amazing yield. Brought over by a Sicilian immigrant in the early 1900s, it was nearly lost before being revived from seeds saved by about a dozen Chicago gardeners.
