How to use
Insert a fully charged 18V battery and let the unit preheat to 445F. Fill the plunger with 1 to 4 grams of oxalic acid and insert the stem through a quarter-inch drilled hole or the hive entrance. Tap the plunger to release the acid, which vaporizes immediately; each hive takes about 25 seconds. Use 5Ah or larger batteries for best performance, and for cold-weather treatments consider the optional silicone insulation roof to boost efficiency by up to 20%. Always monitor the voltage display and wear protective gear, including a vapor mask.
